For extensive kitchen and bath remodeling, basement finishing, and additions where permits are required, we will partner with a licensed architect to obtain drawings and obtain the appropriate building permits for your construction. Though not necessary, we will sometimes partner with interior designers. Such extensive remodeling will require us to work intimately with your family to try to capture the vision you have for your home with the budget you have in mind. We will be in constant contact with each other as communication will be absolutely important. Throughout the entire remodeling process, we will have seen each other and have had so many correspondences with each other that it’ll seem like we’ve become part of your family! …In the past, we’ve even been invited to sit down and “break bread” with our clients!
